The yard work has begun..

I had the pleasure tonight of feeling really great allowing me to rake a piece of our yard and having Dylan help me haul the debris away with his four-wheeler and his wagon. He's a huge help in times like this and is so clever to tie his wagon up to his four-wheeler with a bungee - he calls it his 'trailer'. The fresh air and being outside with the boys was a great feeling and so therapeutic.

Thank you also to my dear friend Nicki Lazorik. Because of her I was able to come in from raking and serve everyone the delicious Italian dinner she prepared for us. Her homemade bread that went along with it was a huge hit! Thank you so much Nicki - I really don't know how you do all that you do..and so well! Love you!

    My darling daughter in law, you are an amazing woman!! What can I say? You are an inspiration to all of us! Being "happy" you felt good enough to do that is not adequate but what word would be appropriate? I don't know! Luv you!! Granny

    Hello Miranda, We are glad your treatments are going good for you. I spent quite a few hours at the cancer center with my Mom & I know the staff there is the best. My Mom loved the nurses. I thought you might get a little laugh about this: I tried helping your hubby @ Walmart to find the "sassy diaper sacs"! & he sure was getting sassy when he couldn't find them. ha,ha. I couldn't find them either, but another lady came to the rescue. It was hilarious. Well you take care. You & your family are in our thoughts & prayers. Love- Lana & Keith

    Just wanted to let you know I was thinking about you today. Glad to hear you are feeling so good and looking great to. I was out raking last night also. Not fun, especially when you have a dog!!
