Black Friday not so black for me!!

Today was the second day in a row that my counts have gone up. In the transplant world this is big news....if I can sustain my counts and they keep going up each day it means that I am beginning to engraft. Of course they don't want this to happen too quickly, but so far so good for mine. I also have gone two days in a row without having to stay and get fluids or blood which is also another big deal in the transplant world. It's been very nice going to my appointment and then getting back 'home' early enough to lounge around and relax.

It's quite early yet to get too crazy excited but I'm hoping within the next couple of days with my counts going up, that I will begin to feel much better. I still have a long way to go, but this is another step forward to going home and being with my boys.
