Sunday's are Therapy Days!!

This winter a few of us thought it would be very awesome to meet down at Copper Falls to go snowshoeing...since all of us have hectic schedules, and a lot going on, we just thought that we would set a day, time, and location and whoever can make it great!  Well....it turned out WONDERFUL and we decided to make it a standing date.  Being outdoors, exercising, girlfriends, our lips going as fast as hummingbird wings, and refreshing 'beverages' to hydrate at the end, makes it the BEST therapy any gal could ask for!
