One year ago today I started an amazing friendship with a very amazing person. We met in the Edgar Sawtelle book signing line one year ago today and we hit it off immediately. Rita is the type of person that people naturally gravitate towards and it's impossible not to like her. It has been an honor to be a part of her life and there are times when I seriously feel like we have been friends for a very long time.
Thank you Rita for all that you do for me and my family and for being such a great support. Your humor makes my stomach hurt from laughing and what a cool thing it is that we are together on this awesome day - our friendship anniversary!
