As many of you know, when you have children, the years go by so terribly fast. Faster than anyone could ever warn you about. Today marks another day in our lives as Dylan completes the 2nd grade. After a tough year last year, we were nervous and skeptical about this year, but to our surprise he had a really great year. Teachers are some of the most important people in our children's lives, and when you get a 'good one', you NEVER forget it. We all reminised this morning about who our favorite teachers were, and it's funny how you remember such simple details from so long ago. Dylan was laughing hysterically at his dad and the stories that his dad told of some of the things that his teachers made him do. It was all pretty funny!
It is a bittersweet day for us today as Dylan closes another chapter in his life, but on the same note it's exciting to move forward and wonder what the next chapters will bring. We look forward to a fantastic summer and the anticipation of the 3rd grade!!
