First and ONLY Boil of 2012

With the crazy warm weather this year, unfortunately we were only able to collect enough sap for one boil.  It was a gorgeous day to be outside sitting around the fire with some great people.  Of course we enjoyed our hotdogs boiled in the sap and some other goodies throughout the day.  We had a pretty good ratio of syrup with this boil, but we will have to ration it out for the year.
