This was the year that Hayden was able to go with his daddy on his first big hunting adventure. With the turkey's all out earlier in the season, we were worried that there weren't going to be many around during Jason's season...but low and behold, my awesome hunters found one and had an awesome father/son hunting trip!! Hayden was so patient sitting in the blind for nearly 2 hours when they heard one goggle...Jason called him in and as Hayden tells the story "we shooted his head off mama". Hayden was so proud of his dad and of their time together telling his dad "that's the biggest tookey I ever saw daddy".
What wonderful milestones that our sons get to share with their dad. These accomplishments and experiences that these boys get with their father are ones they will always remember, and ones that instill confidence in them!
